Day 121 – The Marie-Claire Turquoise Earrings

Warming up here in the six, so that to me means “warm weather ” stones.

(That includes anything blue, red and brightly coloured that  goes with a summer tan and white jeans).

So I’ve paired a pair of turquoise spikes with sea coral rondelles and gold vermeil findings for the perfect summer look.

Day 119 – The Rosalind Vintage Rhinestone Earrimgs

Working on Vintage Assemblage today as I have a customer interested in buying some earrings that she says… “should be seriously blinged out”, for an event she has.  So these are the blingiest thing I could come up with.  Art Deco rhinestone ear posts to which I added even more bling plus freshwater pearls.

I’ll let you know if she bites.

Day 118 – The Cara Blue Quartz Earrings

Feeling blue today, stunning blue quartz that is.  Combined with tiny round faceted citrines and gold vermeil orchids, they are both bold and beautiful at the same time.

Day 117 – The Ronnie Ruby Earrings

Simple and pretty, you can’t go wrong with rough cut natural rubies and freshwater pearls.  These are for a friend’s daughter to wear to a wedding, and below is a picture of my client Natalya wearing a custom piece I made for her last week. πŸ™‚

(Just noticed, I also made Natalya’s earrings too).

Day 116 – The Nia Labradorite & Silk Tassel Necklace

Back making tassels again, and because I simply adore tassels, I’m so glad I’ve added this skill to my repertoire. Today I’ve paired some gorgeous sea foam green silk with flashy blue labradorite and out popped this stunning sterling silver necklace.

Day 115 – The Tia Tassel BraceletΒ

Another day and yet another creation por moi!  I have a meeting this week at a high end jewelry store in Yorkville, (a rather tony area of Toronto), about possibly selling my jewelry there.  I want to go in dressed for success, and I feel I should be wearing my own work, but I never keep anything for myself.  So time for me to shop at my own store!

Today’s look, a classic combo in gold and black.  A silk tassel bracelet with a somewhat chinoiserie feel, that’s all for me… (I think). πŸ™‚
